About Akakiko

The moment a dish arrives at the table, it invites curiosity and appetite with its vibrant colors and careful presentation. At Akakiko, the subtle balance between traditional Asian flavors and contemporary culinary touches is evident throughout the menu. The spring rolls come with a crispy exterior that contrasts nicely with the fresh, herb-filled interior. Yet, some dishes trend toward the predictable side, occasionally lacking the boldness found in more adventurous Asian restaurants. Still, the variety offers something for both newcomers and seasoned diners, and it’s clear from Akakiko reviews that many appreciate the approachable array available without overwhelming the palate.

Ambient lighting plays a considerable role in shaping the overall dining experience, casting a warm glow that complements the understated décor. The restaurant's layout encourages an intimate feel, despite its moderate size, allowing conversations to flow without the harshness of background noise. Naturally, the quality of service adds another layer to this atmosphere; staff tend to be attentive but not intrusive, striking a delicate balance. Browsing through Akakiko photos shared by patrons, the neat setting and thoughtful plating become apparent, reinforcing a comfortable yet polished environment. While bustling during peak hours, the pace can sometimes slow, which affects timing, though not enough to disrupt enjoyment.

Value for money reflects the combination of service, ambiance, and food quality, crafting an experience that feels measured and deliberate. There’s a sense of consistency that emerges when cross-referencing various Akakiko restaurant critiques, highlighting strengths in familiar dishes that deliver steady satisfaction rather than surprises. While the price point may be slightly elevated compared to casual dining options in the area, many agree that ingredients and preparation justify the expense. Occasional seasonal shifts in the menu maintain interest over time, though some guests might wish for greater innovation to elevate the overall impression further. Ultimately, it stands as a solid option within Germasogeia’s dining scene for those inclined toward approachable Asian cuisine.

Their new menu is amazing! The food is delicious and the portions are generous. However the service definitely needs some improvements. Some waiters are rude and the service is generally very slow.

A nice asian restaurant located on the same building of Royal Apollonia Hotel. They also give you this massive serving with a very reasonable price. The service was fantastic and the ambience of the restaurant was so nice. Fave dish ordered was the Sake Sushi and Beef Shabu-shabu while the least one was the Vietnamese crab rolls (just full of cabbage that I can’t barely taste the crab itselt). Over all it was a great experience.

I stayed at the Royal Appolonia Hotel for a week and discovered Akakiko. It offered wide variety of an Asian fusion cuisine. And what a choices you can find here!!! I kept coming back for more and more! The food is not only super tasteful and simply delicious- it’s beautifully presented. The prices are very reasonable considering the high class quality of the ingredients and chef’s mastery. Portions are generous and are meant to share. The service is outstanding, quick and super friendly. After second visit you feel like a beloved regular.)) I cannot recommend this establishment more enough.

Amazing Asian cuisine! The service is excellent, and the cozy atmosphere makes the experience even better. Prices are fair for Limassol standards, and the fried prawns are a must-try. Will definitely be back! Unfortunately the dessert was not mediocre!

I have visited this place many times, and I absolutely love it. The restaurant is located inside the Apollonia Hotel and features a lovely atmosphere with a modern design. I always come here with my family, and we especially enjoy their sushi. For starters, we had the Papaya Poke Salad and the Sweet and Sour Crab Salad. For the main course, we ordered sushi dishes, including the Salmon Kataifi Roll, Dragon Roll, Godzilla Roll, and Fine Tuna Maki. Other members of the family chose Beef Shabu Shabu, Pork Teriyaki, and Duck Sweet and Sour. As always, the food was amazing. We also enjoyed two bottles of wine. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this place if you love sushi and want to try something truly unique!

If you want to have a nice date and you enjoy Asian cuisine I highly recommend it .The service was just amazing.Very clean restaurant The staff was very helpful and came often to see if everything was okay. The food was delicious and had good portions as well . The price you should expect is at least 20 euros per person ( one meal and something to drink) so if you are looking for something low budget I don't suggest it . But if you care more about quality then this is the place to eat .
